CKAIT Chartered Engineer with more than 7 years of experience in design, construction supervision and project management. Among other engagements, he has worked in the architectural studio of Cigler Marani Architects, where he participated in a number of major office, residential and multifunctional projects. He also has extensive experience in apartment and home renovations. Tomas is the chief engineer of Nemoinspekt.
Construction, budgeting, urban planning

Ing. David Olša
Graduated civil engineer, majoring in construction and architecture (1997). He has worked in various positions in the fields of investment, real-estate development, project management and inspection of construction work and interior supplies. He has extensive experience in planning and supervising construction projects abroad, including six years in executive positions during the renovation of a multifunctional complex in New York. He deals mainly with project management, feasibility studies, optimization of investment plans, management of real estate portfolios and control systems.
Construction

Ing. František Valeš
CKAIT Chartered Engineer with over 20 years of experience in planning, assessment and technical supervision of major residential and commercial projects. These included technical supervision of: renovation of the ”Ústav šlechtičen“ palace at Prague Castle, construction of the “Charles Square Center“ multifunctional building, renovation of the National Technical Museum, and renovation of ”U bílého jednorožce“ palace in Prague - Malá Strana. He also participated in the project preparation for the Railway Museum at Masaryk railway station in Prague and the preparation of the Central Depository for the Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague.

Ing. arch. Filip Klozar
Graduated from Czech Technical University in the field of building construction and architecture. He has acquired extensive experience in technical supervision, construction and renovation of houses and flats. Filip is also engaged in design and construction in collaboration with the Nuance architectural workshop.
Energy efficiency, building equipment (MEP/HVAC)

Ing. Petr Kotek, Ph.D.
Founder and Vice Chairman of the Association of Energy Specialists, Energy Auditor no. 1147, Chartered MEP engineer CKAIT no. 12253, expert on MEP/HVAC design for passive and energy-efficient houses, control of air conditioning efficiency. Also a certified LEED Green Associate, Consultant SB Tool CZ, ASHRAE Associate Member, co-founder and associate member of CZGBC. He has participated in major projects for IKEA, Interspar and “Nový Smíchov“ shopping center in Prague.
Geodesist

Ing. Martin Cuřín, Ph.D.
Chartered Survey Engineer; graduated with a master's and doctoral degree in surveying at the Faculty of Civil Engineering in Prague. During his fourteen years of experience in the field, he has participated in numerous projects ranging from surveying residential plots to the preparation of geometrical plans for watercourses and hydroelectric power plants; he is also expert on cadastre issues.
Construction and structural analysis

Ing. Miroslav Enderla
Chartered Structural Engineer, from 1980-1994 a researcher at VUPS Praha, since 1994 a chartered engineer in the fields of geotechnics and structural analysis. Since 2010, he has been the Chairman of the Board of Examiners for the state final examinations at Czech Technical University.
Historical and religious buildings

Ing. Tomáš Kostohryz
CKAIT Chartered Engineer with over 15 years of experience in designing residential and public buildings, engineering and technical supervision. He graduated from the Faculty of Civil Engineering at the Czech Technical University in Prague, with postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Architecture, CTU in the field of historical monument protection. He has participated in the renovation of the Pilgrimage Church in Nicov, restoration of the major sculptures at the J.K. Tyl Theatre in Pilsen, renovation of the St. Nicholas church in Merklín, renovation of the former rectory in Světec (Teplice) and many other significant buildings.
Wooden constructions

Ing. arch. Bc. Antonín Závada, MBA
Chartered Architect with more than 18 years of experience in the preparation, design and construction of civil, residential and industrial buildings. His specialty is wooden and historical buildings of all kinds. He has participated in the renovation of the St. Catherine church in Ostrava, Gorolského Museum in Mosty u Jablunkova, part of the chateau in Hustopeče nad Bečvou, hermitages Libušín and Maměnka, the chapel of Cyril and Methodius in Radhošť, the windmill in Hranice, water mill Miklůvka and several other important buildings.

Ing. Michal Hlavačka
CKAIT Authorized Technician in the field of fire safety with more than 15 years of experience. He graduated from the VSB - Technical University of Ostrava in the field of fire protection and industrial safety. He gained extensive experience with the Prague Fire and Rescue Service, where he worked for 18 years. He is also experienced in designing houses, apartment buildings, storage areas and production facilities.
